Q: How we start the business to Order?
A: Please send us your inquiry in DETAILED information about the products by email or call.

Q: Can we get a sample, and how long is the delivery time of the sample?
A: FEEL FREE to tell us which items you are interested in, and contact us to get the samples.
     Samples are FREE, just only to pay the express shipping fee. You'll get the samples in one week.

Q: How we get the quotation?
A: We HAVE TO know the following information in detail from you, it will be faster, without asking so many questions to bother you.
     1. Product information-Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technological if need and Packing requirements etc)
     2. Delivery time required.
     3. Shipping information-Company name, Address, Phone Number, Destination Sea Port.

Q: Can we customize the products as clients' requirements?
A: Sure, We can customize the products for you if you provide the specification details, just give us the detailed information.
     We hope our clients can get their special one which they're really satisfied.

Q: What’s minimum order quantity of goods? Can we negotiate it?
A: Genuine leather, regular 15000 square foot per design/color based on different products.

     Synthetic leather, regular 500 meters/yards per design/color based on different products.
     Textile, regular 1000 meters/yards per design/color based on different products.     
     Friendly note, more quantity might get the more pretty price.

Q: What is the shortest time we can make a delivery?
A: 20-30 days except for special festival holiday like spring holiday etc.

Shipments can be arranged by sea, air, or express.  Let us know your requirement, we'll try to save your budget and time.
